I would personally start with your PCP. It sounds like you're battling a bit of depression. There are many techniques and drugs to help you control those emotions you're having. Wish you the best of luck, keep your chin up!

Since I've started logging almost 4 years ago I've lost and kept off 25lbs..no dieting involved, just accountability. I'd say that's good news :)

Guilt is not something that will EVER help you succeed..in anything, drop guilt from your life completely and you'll feel a lot better :D

I think you need to learn to love yourself before you can love anyone else. My friend, you should look into therapy and maybe talk to your PCP about some anti-depressants.

50lbs...yup, and more to get to my "ideal" weight. I'm not sure I'll reach that, since I'm pretty sure I haven't been that weight since I was 12...but it's worth a shot :D Good luck!
