I think 5 pounds are good for the chest fly and standing row, but 2 or 3 pounds is enough for the other moves -- at least for me. I bought 3 pounds, but they seem a little heavy at times.

Your topic heading caught my eye. Apparently I'm half Scottish and while I'm not vegan my brother and my Scottish-American mother both are. They are also both gluten free. Do you have any trouble eating gluten? What made you decide to become a vegan?
