I was freaking out a little then one of MFP pals mentioned I should read these posts. Feeling much better now. I am 23 weeks pregnant and have gained 25 pounds- quite a lot but I put most of it on in the first trimester when I was keeping nausea at bay with baguettes (yes baguettes... plural). I'm back to tracking cals now…

I challenge you to burn 500 calories today. Don't diet but don't go to sleep until you've ran/swam/cycled or walked 500 calories off. If you don't have a HRM then you'll need to run/swim/cycle or walk for at least an hour YOU CAN DO IT! Let me know when you hit your target

I always feel the same at TTOM, but usually find that if I have a nap I wake up less Hangry and the cravings go away- figured out that I'm craving because I'm more tired than usual If a nap doesn't work then a couple of squares of chocolate are in order, but only a couple!

Hi I have only been on MFP for 2 weeks but I am LOVING it already I am 31 and this is my first proper attempt at sensible dieting. I have lots of history with either binging or very hardcore dieting so MFP is my attempt at moderation- it's working so far but some days are easier than others. I am hoping to get fit and drop…
