I haven't lost as much as I would have liked but I feel better so that has to be a positive. I need to quit buying bad things like candy. My goal for this week is to up my exercising

I didn't do any of the core work I was going to do in the am. I just don't get up that well during the work week. I was disappointed that I gained a pound last week. But will keep working on it. My goal for this week is to work on cutting down on my diet coke habit

I did better then I thought I would since I hurt my neck. But I realized I could still exercise but modify it a bit. My goal for this week is so do some core exercises in the am.

I didn't do as well as I tought I would last week. I did up my exercise but didn't lose any weight. I think My goal for this week is to track better what foods are not helping me.

My goal for this week to exercise every day after work. It works better for me if I do it as soon as I get home.
