I'm not a fan of Nutella, but my daughter does the spoon in jar thing. She also really likes making FlufferNutters using Nutella instead of peanut butter.

I get a big bag of Tyson frozen breast at Sam's Club with each breast averaging 5oz uncooked. The nutritional info on the package says it 150 cals with 27g of protein. You need to look at your macro-nutrient settings there are 3 entries - Carbs / Protein / Fat. May need to adjust it. If you were doing a 1300 cal/day meal…

One thing I found when first using protein shakes was that they pretty much all taste horrible unless the liquid they are mixed with (in my case water) is COLD. I have a couple of shaker bottles that I mix up and throw in the fridge overnight and that REALLY improve the taste tremendously.

I read somewhere a few years back that on average you should weigh 100 lbs at 5 feet + 5-6 lbs for every inch over. So, a person that's 5'9" weigh in between 145-154. For me I'm more comfortable and simply feel better in the 155-160 range

You also appear to be eating a larger portion of you calories toward the end of the day when your body is heading into the more restful part of the day (for most people anyway). Wouldn't it make more sense to put that larger intake toward the beginning of your day to give your body more fuel to run on and burn throughout…

Big scoop of nut butter of some sort.

I ride my mtb on the street all the time. It is a little harder than a street bike and I looked into getting different tire, but when I went to the bike shop, rather than sell me new tires, the salesman suggested I inflate the tire to their max pressure. That help tremendously. As for getting used to it, yep your…

Try to plan your daily meals a day or two or three in advance if you can.

If you do a protein shake in the morning as part of your 1st meal, it helps curb appetite throughout the day.

JIF Crunchy PB is my ultimate vice. For me it's like eating pudding. I wouldn't have it in the house if I didn't have kids and need it for school lunches.
