so I tried, it, it's not bad but not as great as I thought. Also, not much of a workout, so if you're getting it just for fun, go for it. If for exercise, don't bother.

Nice to realize you can eat when you thought you couldn't lol! I won't get the whole 24 hrs either I don't think...I have a massage till about 6 and will prolly eat around 7, I have to go help my cousin with her wedding registry after, so if I don't eat then I don't know when it would be..

Skim Chocolate Milk is my go to also, It's great for after a workout when I want to shower and make dinner before I actually eat anything (I workout in the evenings).

I would def. count any dancing as exercise for sure! I would just log it as dancing in the database, good for u! :bigsmile:

I too am low G.I. and although they say not to count calories on this diet, I do. I always make sure to eat at least 1200 calories and I've lost a lot of weight doing it. It's healthier that way, especially if you are exercising too.

Kountrybunny the book called the G.I. Diet is what I use, you eat what's in the green not in the red or yellow, really easy to follow. The good thing about that book is that not only are the foods low g.i. they are low calorie as well, I haven't found anywhere online that lists anything like it. Ok I just need to vent to…

They do have lids actually, I bring mine to work every day and drink it when I get there. Also, mine blends anything, including ice that I put in it, so maybe she got a dud?

I'm not sure if it's in the UK or not but I have a Magic Bullet, it's fantastic! Google it and see. I use frozen fruit, it's frozen at the peak of freshness :bigsmile:

My sister couldn't drink dark pop because they were usually the ones with caffeine and she is allergic to caffeine? The dye is also bad for you though...I don't know, I just try not to drink pop at all anymore lol...:bigsmile: Maybe Mountain Dew and Root Beer are the exceptions??

I have the same issue, and prescriptions don't help for me. The only thing I've found to get me through the Canadian winters is using the Aveeno Exzema body wash combined with the Spectro Gel Exzema and Eucerin Calming cream....(I get really itchy too)...the combo works for me, my skin is still dry but it's tollerable.…

Here's a question, have you ever made a bunch and eaten them the next day? Are they good, I'd assume you'd have to put them in the microwave? I'm wanting my cousin to try but its frigging cold here so by the time she gets them they will be cold, lol :bigsmile:
