No, I will be 49 in December. In the last 12 weeks I have lost 36 pounds. It's not a diet it's a life style change!! If I can do it anybody can. i have had bi-lateral knee replacments, with one knee braced for almost 1 year after surgery. From recliner to walking 3-5 miles 6 days a week...It can ne done

Hi, Just found this site...Love it.. August challenge: I now walk 3 miles in 1 hour. I want to increase the walk by a half mile in August. Tuesday goal update day: More water of course, but I also have a problem of not getting enough protein.
