  • Hey!! Congrats.. you're almost there!! I did want to lose weight originally but as I cannot spot reduce etc I think im more about maintaining my weight and toning and putting on muscle. MFP is sent to 1200 daily but I am always going over generally so I do exercise to meet target. :)

  • on a bad day it should be ok. I think if your too harsh on yourself its not the best. You need a break every now and then. I think aslong as it doesnt go hugely over ur calories for the day...   • Thanks :) i'll definately keep that in mind. I guess im not a BIG veggie eater and when i do, i always have to cover them in cheese sauce etc. I guess i need to just start getting serious about eating healthy.
  • Whenever i weigh myself on my digital scales or a friends scales, its always a different number. I think its hard to know what exactly you weigh when its always different. I have decided to look into the weight watchers ones as i assume they should be accurate. I think i just got to stick with 1 set of scales.
  • im also 5'4 and on 1200 calories a day but I havn't seen any results and ive been on this for almost a year. I dont know exactly what im doing wrong. I assume im eating the wrong foods altho i have been exercising (less now coz im losing motivation). Anyone know what i should do?
