Not a sin! 1200 and working out 5 days/week has worked for me. Remember we are not made from the same pattern! I suggest that people play with BMI Calculator (webmd.com/diet/body-calculator#weight) and factor in their conditions. :wink:

A while back I was told by my running coach that shoes should be changed approximately every 600 miles due to they loose their support. I recommend you visit a store that specializes in running. They will help you choose what is right for your stride/fashion. :wink:

I have rewarded myself for every five pounds that I have lost with clothing and concerts. But my ultimate reward is a trip to Venice.

I think you may be playing with fire in wanting to loose so much in such little time. How serious are you about wanting to live healthier? Have you considered a medically supervised change?:huh:

I got caught up in preparing for Thanksgiving/Family and recovering from a nasty cold. I didn't quite make my personal goal--missed it by 7.25 miles .:ohwell:
