Thank you all for the comments! This is amazing! To answer a couple questions, yes, I have done this all by just using MFP. I add everything that I eat into the app and just go from there. I have cut out all soda (I used to drink 2-3 per day) and fried foods. I do occasionally eat some boneless wings at BW3, but I limit…
