I've tried this approach as well and it didn't work for me. I didn't lose at all. I also stopped logging in all of my exercise. I would see the extra calories and would eat them! I am better when I have a specific goal I need to hit. Now that's not to say I don't ever go over (I usually do) but its easier for me to stay…

Eat healthy the rest of the day and get a workout in, you'll feel better after the workout. I wouldn't fast, its not good for your metabolism. Give yourself a break... its just one meal. :)

Its normal. You don't want to lose too much too fast. About a pound a week is good. How are your clothes fitting? I wouldn't worry too much about the scale and just focus on how you feel. Keep up the great work! PS I've been working out consistently for awhile now (6 months or more) but only just begun watching my food…
