Stop making me jealous. x.x

Lucky! I would love to see Megadeth live but the only time they were remotely close to where I live was when they were playing with Slayer, Metallica, and Anthrax. >.>

What lyrics make me want to punch someone in the throat you say? Well, I actually like this song: It's "Good Mourning/Black Friday" by Megadeth... I actually had a nightmare about this song but it's so heavy it fills me with a kind of rage that I love when listening to metal!

Incorrect. When you get shot the blood usually leaves the body in the outward direction - not from the initial point of insertion.

Possibilities: 1.) Trayvon was innocent. 2.) George Zimmerman is innocent and was defending himself. 3.) Trayvon was not innocent and attacked Zimmerman. 4.) George Zimmerman was not innocent and was not defending himself. 5.) I'm a dragon rawr... Fact: We don't know all of the information regarding this case (since the…

"Five years ago, I lost 30,000 men in the blink of an eye, and the world just f*ckin' watched. Tomorrow there will be no shortage of volunteers, no shortage of patriots. I know you understand." -Shepard in MW2

Lara Croft from Tomb Raider... No contest.

Amazing job! :)

I found this equally as hilarious:

Anyone up for some GTA IV or MW3 should add me on Xbox, and anyone up for some CS:S, TF2, or GMod should add me on Steam! Xbox - XxUpSyndromexX Steam - Metallica1337FTW Yes, I know... They're both extremely stupid names. Also, anyone up for scheduling a get together on Xbox?

Plyometrics burns the most out of all the DVDs, but all the DVDs have a generally high calorie burn. I'm usually anywhere from 300-800 whenever I do P90X and the same goes for when I'm doing Insanity.

Take it from me ladies, the balance will come naturally. ;)

Not trying to sound douchey, but I never said I was anti-vege. I just believe that it's not any healthier nor is it any less healthy than a regular omnivorous diet.
-
Nope. You may have a way lower caloric intake, but most people can't go without most forms of meat. Plus, the body gets deprived of the most essential nutrients without meat. Most people couldn't switch to a vegetarian lifestyle without constant lethargy and starvation. How some people manage it is beyond me. xD

No, but really -- why not? Some people do -- some people don't. I personally don't, but it does matter to some people, so why question that?

I understand you guys. Just said that. I already stated to do what works for you. T_T

Just trolling here but.... : That's a weird looking kitchen, don't you think? ^

I understand what you're saying -- I'm just saying to eat them back if you want, or if you don't want to I don't believe you should have to. Btw, mind removing that entire thread quote from your statement? That slows down the web page loading.

Nope, I'm saying do what's good for you (as stated in the post), but despite it working for you, it's not necessary as lots of people who do not eat their exercise calories do see amazing results. Just sayin'. ~<3 Robert
-
Darn you... I was eating while you said that. Brb cleaning off my keyboard.
-
Nope. 50% of my friends list don't eat their exercise calories back and have lost 10, 30, and 2 have lost over 150 pounds. Just sayin'.

Everything in moderation. Fats aren't bad btw. Avoid transfat, but some fat cals can be good for you.

Great job! Did the P90X/Insanity Hybrid during summer. Currently on my 7th day of Insanity (without P90X in it). Good luck! :)

I have a cheat day once every week. Keeps me from binging randomly throughout the week.

Just do fullbody workouts every other day. If you're looking for something simple, here's something I just thought up right now: Lunges (15-17 reps at slow pace) Barbell Curl (8-10 reps at moderate pace) Squats (10-15 reps at moderate pace) Pushups (max at fast pace) Shoulder Press (8-10 reps at slow pace) Crunches (Max)…

I'm PRAYING that you're not trolling.
