Pendulum is probably my favorite to listen to when lifting.

Whatever you like. I love listening to Madeon, Metallica, Pantera, and general EDM while working out (Kill The Noise, Skrillex, Tiesto, etc.)

How about this? If the molecular formula of whatever your drinking deviates from a combination of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom, it's not H20.

Good comment from that thread: "do you log your ketchup as tomatoes?"
-
No. H20 is H20. You're supposed to drink eight glasses of water a day; not just any beverage. But that's just me.

Same here! Good luck to you all. I'm back on the wagon for good hopefully.

I lose motivation every 2-3 weeks. I just go on YouTube and look up Insanity results and I'm good as new. I'm on Week 4 and I'm already stronger and can do 300% more pullups than I could initially do at the start of Insanity.

More in depth: Some people choose to eat back their calories - some don't. Most people on here looking to build muscle will tell you that they do, for instance. A lot of people looking to lose weight by eating healthy and doing light cardio don't want to eat back exercise calories. I eat mine back because it's easy for me…

It's a personal preference.

Honestly, making your own shakes is a way better alternative to purchasing processed ones (plus you can control how much protein you take in on your own). I usually have one after working out, whether it be intense cardio or strength training. I use them as a recovery drink + a way to eat back most of my exercise calories…

My confession is... I didn't choose the thug life...... The thug life chose me.

Same here. It comes naturally with a healthy lifestyle!
