I have an FT7 too and it was only 30-40 calories off.

I read most of it a few weeks ago. AN AMAZING book in my opinion. Funny how when I started following the tips it gave, I lost 6 pounds (over 3 weeks). I honestly don't understand what some of the people on here found wrong with it.

I usually have at least 26g of protein per 5-6 meals daily. I feel fine. Only nauseated on some days if I eat way too fast (habit for me haha).

Btw, does anyone else HATE the word "abnormal fat"? Fat is fat -- I don't understand why these people can't use common sense. I learned all about fats and different kinds macronutrients last year. That "abnormal fat" HCG fanatics talk about doesn't exist.

I play TF2 on PC a lot and I love to play CoD and GTA IV on Xbox. My sister knocked over my Xbox a few days ago and it scratched the disc really bad, so I have another copy coming in the mail already :).

You know your doctor is good when he/she's not trying to take all your cash by recommending you go on HCG. Also, people will continue to believe that these fads work regardless of the proof of it. Anyone can lose weight eating 500 calories a day. Just sayin'.

Eat about 1g of protein per pound in your bodyweight, and eat as if you were still trying to burn fat (eating clean). Drink lots of water and have a protein/recovery/whatever-you-call-it shake after your finish exercising. You'll continue to maintain your muscle while still burning fat at the same time! :)

I eat 300-500 calories a day and inject myself with a hormone extracted from magical pregnant unicorn-pixie hybrid urine. I'm down 20 pounds in 6 hours and I'm LOVING the lethargy I'm feeling! :)

Only a couple DVDs use more bodyweight than dumbbells and those are Chest & Back and Chest Shoulders and Triceps. If you can't do a pullup, do them assisted like I do them. Put a chair under the bar and place one foot on there (make sure you balance yourself). Then you just do a regular pullup but using your leg to help…
