Thanks! All I had was coffee before and while I wasn't starving after I didn't eat until 10! If I had to run errands it would've been much later! I'll need to start keeping a power bar or something in my bag in case I need to run errands or something after :)

I pay attention to what my body is telling me. If its growling at me then I feed it. I find peanut butter extremely filling if I need a quick snack. I realize most is high in sugar but it works for me and my sweet tooth!

I'm 5'8" and 180 right now. My goal is 160. My whole adult life, the lightest I've ever been is 155 and I was a size 4. Pretty skinny for me. When I get to 160 with maintaining my exercise routine, I figure I'll loose more as I get toned but won't be so focused on the actual scale since I know I'll be building muscle.

I try to stick to mostly water but that gets boring. So I'll have one every one in awhile. I have to purpose myself to get one though, like if I'm at a restaurant or something. I don't keep it in the house. But I also find that I don't crave it like I used to. I will do a mixed drink with it though to keep the calories…

I'm 5'8" and currently 184. My goal is 160. The lightest I've ever been in my adult life is 155lbs before my wedding in '04 and anything lighter then that makes me look pretty scawny and not healthy. I think 160 would be great!!!

i've done weight watchers on and off for a few years. While it was successful for me the first time... it gets soooo old putting the info in the points calculator and even though now youre able to scan more foods the database is limited. this is so much easier and the fact that its free is amazing! stick with this!!!
