Update on the race. I finished in 43:24.9 and 19th out of 29 in my age group. Not bad for my first race!!! Time to get ready for the next one on February 23 that benefits a former classmate of mine that passed away from melanoma last year and whose daughter who is almost 2 has stage 4

Go out dancing in my little black dress that I have had hanging in my closet for 2 years with my hubby.

For breaking 200 (which I did this year) I am getting a tattoo. Overall, I think clothes definitely and being at one with my body and loving myself again! My goals are to run a 5K (doing tomorrow), running a marathon, and rock climbing.

I'm getting mine in February to symbolize breaking 200 pounds. I was almost 300 pounds when I started this and so I wanted a major reward for breaking into onederland. My son who is 15 drew me an awesome cross freehand that I want in between my shoulder blades

I am afraid of the same thing, but with my therapy and the hard work I am putting in and it taking longer than normal that cycle is breaking down. I am no longer thinking of myself as the "fat girl" and am seeing myself for how strong I am.

Time have changed and we cannot discipline our children like we need to without the fear of having Child Protection called on us for child abuse. I have three kids and it is extremely difficult to take them out in public sometimes. The best option for my kids (two of which have special needs) is to walk away and let them…

I completely agree. Right now, I have too many curves in all the wrong places. Getting better though. Really liking what I see in the mirror. Hollywood is too thin and I just want to be healthy!

Ummm, yeah. I am 35 have been battling my weight since I was 10 or 12. I started Sparkpeople in February of 2007 and MFP shortly after at 272 and am now at 193. It is entirely possible!!!

Mine has actually been lighter with lighter cramping.

I prefer the street! I had been treadmill bound for quite some time and recently got outside and love it!!!

When I started this almost 6 years ago, I was sitting at 272 and had almost 130 pounds to lose. I am now at 193 with about 40 pounds left give or take. It has been a long journey but I will finish this.

Ran 4.5 miles in an hour and 4 minutes and I just got back to running. 193 pounds with a bad back and knee and I am running!! Yay!!!

I hide mine either in the laundry room under the folding table or under my husband's dresser and only weigh in once a week. I rely more heavily on the tape measure. More accurate reading of the inches lost.
