I am the same way with my headaches. There are times I am so busy during the day and forget to eat but then a headache comes on to remind me! *L* I drink TONS of water during the summer, I find it a little harder to get as much water in during the winter.

Yes it can! I'm going through that right now and it sucks soooooooooooooo bad but will definitely be well worth it in the end. I have been a raging lunatic the last few days. I am constantly apologizing to my husband and son but they are being very understandable towards me because I was the same way when I gave up…

My best advice is to do what works best for you. Play around with the numbers. You will get TONS of different answers from this website. People tell you what works for them, or what they have heard from this website but it may not be true for your body. I hit a plateau a few months back at 1600 calories and I was working…

My grandmother is OBSESSED with drinking water..so much so that TWICE she has been rushed to the hospital (unresponsive) because her sodium levels were extremely low!! I aim to drink 8 glasses a day but if I don't then I'm not too worried about it. Even with that amount of water I still pee like a crazy person! So in my…

I stay FAR AWAY from BMR and TDEE numbers! I tried it for almost 2 months and all I did was gain, gain, gain. I finally went back to relying only on MFP's numbers and I have been losing ever since. It gave me the goal of netting 1600 calories and as long as I do that on a daily basis, the weight is melting away. No number…

1st thing in the morning, before breakfast and after the bathroom. (completely naked as well) Or at least that's how I do it! *L* Oh and I only weigh in once a week, otherwise I will just drive myself crazy with the numbers!
-
No it's not a must. I don't think even HRM's are 100% accurate. Just find what works best for you. I was eating all my calories back but am now only eating 1/2 or none just in case they are off. I honestly only eat them if my body feels like it needs them.

Any advice!?

I tried it after people told me about it and ended up gaining about 10lbs! Everyone told me to stick with it for at least 2 months and not look at the scale but all my clothes were starting to fit tight as well so I gave it up, went back to MFP's numbers and have already lost 6.5lbs. If you are going to increase, I would…

Ugh I'm 48DDD and still haven't found anything that works for me! I've tried a bra with 2 sports bras on. Someone told me to use duct tape and tape those bad boys down! *LOL* I will race with my race sometimes and just put my arms over my chest to hold them down. I don't jog often because it def. hurts my back!

Mine does the same thing. I've had someone tell me to leave it alone as long as I'm still losing weight and then lower it once I plateau. However, I just let it change. I'd rather cut down on 10 calories at a time than wait and have to cut 50.

Most important thing...DON'T LISTEN TO WHAT ANYONE TELLS YOU!!!! Do what feels right to you. I started out doing fine on my own and then started listening what other people suggested me to do and started gaining again. Just eat healthy, work out, and don't stress out over what someone says is good and others say is bad.…

I just started doing this last week and it really seems to be working for me. I put in all the food I plan on eating that day and then see how much exercise I will have to do in order to even it out. I used to work out 1-2 hours a day and am now down to only 30-40 minutes. (More on days that I eat more) and with last week…

My husband loves women with big round butts! *LOL* I, myself, have the flattest butt you will ever see on a person but he's still with me. I've asked him numerous times why would he choose me to be with knowing that he is a "butt" person and he always tells me that he loves me for a lot of other reasons and that my flat…

When walking my heart rate stays between 150-155. Everyone claims that to be too high (even from a HRM) so I usually take that number plus the number MFP gives me and just average out the two. Also I hardly EVER eat back exercise calories...that's what made me think maybe I should be eating them but if I'm not hungry then…

I'm busting out my tape measure tomorrow. I won't be looking at the scale for a long time to come. No I never was a yo yo dieter. I just recently became serious about losing weight. I've never tried any of those fast result diets or anything like that. I've read somewhere before about possibly adding 100-200 cals a day…

I did the that group for 2 months and in the process gained 10-12 lbs. I kept my exercise the same but I honestly think for me that it was just too much food. I was never hungry and was forcing myself to eat.
-
Yeah I have taken before pics when I 1st started and then pics again after losing 40 something pounds. I just went in the bedroom and took the battery out of the scale and gave it to my husband to hid from me. I know that scale is making me feel like crap. I'm gonna bust out the tape measure and go from there for a while.

Part of the reason people tell me I exercise too much is because my HRM says I burn anywhere between 450-500 calories during my morning walk. (And yes I did put in all my info correctly)

It's hard to log Thursday-Saturday because my husband is home and he hogs the computer but my eating stays the same Monday-Friday. Saturday is usually filled with salads or subway. As far as exercise calories go, I normally don't eat them back so my net for the day is wayyyyyy below my goal so I am thinking that is part of…

I agree with you on the cheese. *L* I just had someone tell me since I had a hard time reaching m calorie goals to eat cheese and high calorie things like that. I hate yogurt with a passion so I was trying with that.
-
See I had someone else tell me not to worry too much about the sodium level since all I ever drink is water. What is confusing me is that I lost 49lbs at first with no problems. Now it seems like I'm gaining it all back.

You definitely need to look into buying Leslie Sansone's dvds. She does all the same movements you are talking about.

I've been told before to only eat when I'm hungry. Normally that is what I will do. However, everything that I read on this website says that you need to get as close to that amount as possible!
-
You and I are almost spot on in height and weight. I'm 30 yrs, 5'6 and 264. I personally feel like you about TDEE being BS. I was at 252 before reading all this stuff about BMR and TDEE. I only looked around because I was stalled at 252. After learning about those number, I tried the group "eat more to weigh less"...did…

Thanks everyone. Yes all my info is definetly entered correctly. I'm a little OCD when it comes to following directions! *L* I double checked myself at least 3 times on the directions. This is part of the reasoning on why I never eat back exercising calories. I never know which one is the right number. I put this on as my…

Houston here! Been here my whole life and don't think I'm ever gonna move!

I was told by a personal trainer yesterday the same thing..if you aren't hungry then listen to your body and don't eat. If you aren't hungry though then you shouldn't be getting the headache so maybe a piece of fruit or water will help with that. Maybe it's something besides "hunger" that is causing the headache.

Ok I wasn't trying to compare sexuality to violent crimes. I guess it doesn't sound right the way I put it. I was just trying to give other examples of being born a certain way. There is a part of me that does think rapist and child molesters can't help themselves but they should definitely be held responsible for their…
