This year of 2012 I began running with 12 weeks of C25K and 6 weeks of B210K...awesome. My mile is between 9:30 to 10 minutes My 5K is right at 30 minutes My 10K is right at 60 minutes In the Spring I will start training for my first Half Marathon. Alright... a new goal I am working on is to complete the Trail Blazzer (132/621), Pedal Power (142/621), and the Shred it (121/621) milestones. I have been at this for 69 weeks now and those are my totals so far in the brackets... Have a little ways to go yet.

My personal official weigh-in day is on Sunday. But since it is sooo much fun to use the Nintendo Wii I weigh-in using the balance board just about every day. I like to see how far off my balance is in the morning while I am half a sleep still...HeHeHe.

I still workout if the cold is not in my chest and if I am not stuffed up. If the cold travels to the lungs I stop working out. I found that a little jumping around doing a cardio workout actually helped loosen up the gunk...which was nice. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Colds are no fun.
