This year I completed the Easy, Medium, and Hard 9 week sessions on EA Sports Active 2 and now I am working through NFL Training Camp 9 week easy. I love the structured workouts this game has to offer. Great Job to you rmjb352! Keep up the great workouts!

I suppose now that I like to run I feel a little bit sad that I am not able to get a run in (mostly due to rain), but then I feel a lot better after a good indoor cardio/strength workout instead. Have Wii Fit Plus right now and looking forward to Wii Fit U sometime in December as I understand. Love the activities on Wii Fit Plus. I also use it each Thursday and Sunday for weigh-ins. That little Mii is getting skinnier and skinnier :)

Have not kept up with the challenge this week. Need to get in one Spark challenge workout this week hopefully Friday. Hit 12.5 miles today. 5.5 Walking and 7 mile run. That will help put back some miles. With all the snow the past couple weeks it has been tough for walking and running.
