Did a 15 min workout on 'YSFE 2013' Core and Butt then did a session of the Spark challenge on EASA2 and it kicked my butt :) All those push-ups are just hard.

It does indeed use the GamePad. On some workouts it shows the calorie counter and workout time and in other workouts like the Zen Flow sessions you use it to follow the energy spark. It is very interesting and I am looking forward to getting more into it. The name I use on the Wii-U is the same as in Myfitnesspal if you…

Using this game on the Wii-U. I am in the second week of a 4 week session. Today I did a Core and Kickboxing session. Great stuff. The game keeps you moving during the working and goes 'til the end. Have been thinkin' about starting a group for this...maybe.

Just checking in. Hope everyone is finding time to stay "ACTIVE" throughout the weeks. I have one more workout in the NFL TC on medium difficulty level tomorrow and then on Monday I will be trying out the new exergame - Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013 on the Wii-U. Looks like it should be interesting.

Before I started the C25K program I could run 1 mile and then I would be winded. After 12 weeks of C25K (extended it out) I was amazed that I could run for 3 miles and…
