I love how TWD can produce such an amazing episode with only 3 main characters running the whole episode. Sad to not see Daryl at all, but I loved to get to know Michonne's past and see Carl rage out, though he was very reckless about it. Next week's episode will no doubt have our main man in the spotlight, and I can't…

Squats 5x5 135lbs yay! Bench 5/5/3/2/2 85 lbs. BOO! Rows 2/3/3/3/3 105 lbs. So wiped out at this point, didn't really feel like attempting 5x5 Then i took a 2 mile walk around my neighborhood. Even though it was only 10°F out, the sun was shining, and that always puts me in a happy mood. have a great afternoon ladies.

I've had a pretty poopy week cardio wise. This is the week of the month where i want to sleep all day. Strength training is on point, i love it too much to skip. And eating, well i'm over but i still saw a drop on the scale, so I'm ok with that. I'm just super excited for the premiere tomorrow.

I don't blame anybody. Nobody but Rachel knows what she did to lose the weight. Whatever, she won, good for her. I'll continue to watch, drama makes for good tv and IDGAF.

It really comes down to personal preference. I opt to look at a weekly basis because eating the same amount of calories everyday is not realistic for me, and it's boring.

Got a good workout in this morning: Squats: 5x5 130 lbs. 10lbs away from my former PR before I deloaded a dew weeks ago. Bench 3,4,2,3,2 85lbs meh, I'll get it next time. Rows 2,5,5,5,5 105lbs Surprisingly really easy. Only got 2 in that first set cause I got a call from my son's school that I couldn't ignore. I'll…

Yes, you CAN! Work your way back up slowly, include some strength training, something that engages and stimulates muscle use. Your metabolism will repair itself. You can't honestly think you must stick to 1500 cal everyday for the rest of your life. Sounds like you would benefit from some psychiatric help.
