My cheat meals usually consist of a Chinese buffet or a Mexican meal usually on the weekends.

It's a cruise, live it up and eat what you want. It's all about relaxing and taking time off from normal everyday life. It's only 5 days, 5 days can't undo what progress you have done, then come back into your routine. At least this is my plan when I take my 7 day cruise over Christmas this year.

About 4 years ago I went to Kings Island to have a fun day with girlfriend and a couple friends and ride roller coasters all day. Never really thought about anything bad happening that day. Our stats are about dead even, I'm 28 male 6' and weigh 305. Mine says 1990 calories a day at Sedentary activity level. Even though my activity level prob should be higher I don't like to change it higher.

Never will I give up my mexican or chinese cheat meals! I can't really remember the last time I had french fries though, if I go to a fast food place I just usually get a burger or 2
