I started yesterday and logged it as circuit training for... 22 minutes? 2 min warm up + 3 x 6min circuits + 2 min cool down = 22 :)

I think I am going to try 30 Day Shred soon, too, but I'm not sure how to incorporate it into my training for a half marathon. I feel like it would be a lot to do Shred and a run in a day. Thoughts?

Sometimes I toast a bagel thin while I am getting ready and then spread weight watchers cream cheese on it and take it to work. You might try an iced skinny vanilla latte as a substitution. I used to drink frapps almost exclusively at starbucks. Then I tried one of these and it is SO delicious that I don't miss frapps that much!

They are a little more cake-y... like someone said kind of like a muffin top instead of a cookie. But I found them to be moist and delicious. I gobbled them up!!!

I only do long runs like that once a week... on Saturdays usually. And the night before I often go over at dinner time. But on the day I actually run and get all of those extra calories, I do eat more, but not a whole extra day's worth.
