  • Believe me, its a good thing we dont understand it. Imagine 'getting' this? What kind of a nob would you have to be to even get this kind of thing.
  • http://s1203.photobucket.com/albums/bb381/kittyd1234 You seem to have an unhealthy obsession with slim girls with maybe 2 or 3 lbs of belly extra. Bit weird but whatever gets you off in the morning I suppose.
  • Damn right. Sat in a Burger King today and had a diet coke. No burger, no fries, no afters, just a diet coke. And it was excellent :)
  • :) I love this. Being a single dad though I only had to internalise this conversation. The problem being I had ZERO brakes, so it'd start off being a little hungry and maybe get some chips, to ordering a super size Papa Johns Pizza with wings and all sorts of other sides. :)
  • 6 weeks. Judging by your starting weight I would say 20-24lb is possible. First quarter ton fell off me in about that time.
  • I love how these types of posts always have such a serious tone, as though the OP knows exactly what they are talking about and not just regurgitating bad science or hogwash from around the internet. so all microwved food changes and your body wont recognise the molecules and treats it as waste? great diet stuff then, just…
  • Wait are you talking about fish? Your post is not clear on that :) Can you not just take suppliments like omega oil etc and not have to eat the fishy fish tasting fish?
  • The biggest bit of advice I can give is dont believe anything that the armchair nutritionists and fitness experts say on an uncertified website. Whilst some of it may be correct or true the vast majority is not and so if you pick and choose what to believe you will pick and choose what you want to believe. 99.9% of the…
  • It never will apparently. My grandfather used to get them 20 years after quitting. I do get them but I dont even notice them for what they are now ;) Yesterday I got one and just knew I needed something but wasnt sure what, by the time I realised it was a cigarette the feeling had passed :)
  • Mike - Free for Twenty One Days, 8 Hours and 18 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 1 Day and 11 Hours, by avoiding the use of 427 cigarettes that would have cost me £153.83.
  • You sound like me. About the same loss and everything. Same method. Same outlook. I put it all down in my blog a while ago and its like reading that haha. Well done and good luck for the future.
  • Typing an r in oh **** no now an n...nope now I am typing this, no thats gone...I am pressing keys on my keyboard, making words form using language. In response to a thread I should know better than respond to. Other than that not much, gonna make some breakie, have a walk, the usual. You know. Just stuff.
  • There are so many people posting in this thread who simply dont have a clue. Especially the person rushing round admonishing everyone for being mean to the OP, as though they have done them a heinous disservice by daring to question the validity of the thread in the first place.
  • No idea I usually just have my ipod on and its music I like. I dont see it as an aid however it does help me. If I had to say a song that I would imagine would do it I would have to go for one I dont even like, the cheesy 80's The Heat Is On by Glenn Frey

  • 1990-1992 my diet was Beefburger sandwiches And thats it. And I played football for 2 teams :) I had about £5 a week to live on and I bought 50 cheap beefburgers from Netto, they were about 2.50 if memory serves. And the remaining money would be spent throughout the week buying loves of bread for 12p each. Sometimes as a…
  • I can pretty much guess the situation you are in regarding not being able to claim housing. Get to the local housing association, or even an estate agent, ask them to see properties where the landlord has said DSS is welcome or would be considered, then talk to them about it. SOme of them will defer the deposit for a few…
  • There is one on Facebook now starting "Dear Mr Short MFP Poster who thinks they are funny..."
  • Sounds lovely :) How many cals?
  • And much drugs were smoked in playschool on that day.
  • I once saw a fight between two ducks. True story. They both went at it hell for leather. Both of them ended up worse off and then, like now I gave not one single f*&£ who won. However I did not have the power to converse with the ducks in a language we could both understand. Also neither of them asked me to fill in a…
  • I work with about 30 polish people and they all look different, and whisper it, some of them are black! Shhhhh
  • What did the little old lady look like? Bet she looked racist, you can just tell the ones who are, they look the same. Maybe she thought you had leeks in your pocket or were a typically hard worker and so were Welsh/Polish. Thats how it works isn't it? All Welsh people walk round with Leek's on their person and the Poles…
  • Good luck And remember. Each craving (and there may be 20 first day) lasts for about 2 minutes. And then its gone. I know it doesnt seem like it but it does. It goes so fast. Just get over each individual spell. And when you want one breathe in hard and feel the fresh air hitting your lungs :)
  • I walked almost 5 miles today. Now I know the only reason I can do that is because I have lost 4 stone, but 2 weeks ago I'd have been able to do it but my breathing would have been like a broken down jet engine and i'd have felt sick. Today I was breathing like a pro :)
  • Day 11 and I am not having any cravings any more. It helps that from around 20 minutes after my last one I knew I would never smoke again. I dont feel there is any reason to reassess that :) Good luck everyone :)
  • Completely normal. and the biggest culprit is caffeine but not only that. The process of dealing with nicotine has a handy side effect of also dealing with Caffeine. So people who smoke are twice as good at clearing caffeine from their system. When you quit if you keep drinking the same amount of tea or coffee your body…
  • Similar here No milk, no cheese, no sugar Very little bread, if I have it it is for a burger bun or a wrap, have not had a sandwich for 4 months. These two things alone have dropped about 700 calories A DAY from my diet. All soft drinks are now Diet or no added sugar and so have gone from around 200 calories a serving to 1…
