I feel like **** if I sleep for longer than about 7 hours. And find sleep hard to come by that evening too. I get about 5-6 hours a night and that seems to be all I need. Oh and I have recently stopped drinking diet coke and only have coffee before 4pm and my sleep has got much better for it. I also wake up easier.

I go the opposite way. MFP might say a walk I have done has burned 100 cals. My HRM says 250. I always go for the lower amount. Just to be safe.

If the walk is long enough I would just log the walk and then know in your mind you are underestimating which is only ever a good thing :)

I walk about 40 miles a week, often more. I can jog for about 30 seconds max. I am determined to get better. But 3 minutes is a hell of a long time :)

I think most are in E but I think you can get some which are in F# which makes a nice change.

Some of us get sick and have no choice to carry on working and looking after kids and cleaning and washing clothes and shopping the many little things women (not all women, but since we're throwing generalisations about like confetti) moan about and claim a man cant do. Some of us get things done.

Cut out bread a milk from your diet, if you are like me then that will drop 600 calories a day easy. And adults dont need milk. In fact anyone over about 8 years old doesnt need milk. ALso use a small plate for dinner. Makes you look like you have a big portion :)

There was a post where someone asked if they were the only person who didnt want friends on here. And was flamed for not wanting interaction but encouraging interaction on the board. This was a response to that post. But 90% of the people in here seem to think it is serious and have responded as such.

I have just looked on the site. I have lost more weight in less time than their people on the site with testimonials and I have done it eating real food I can eat for the rest of my life. I cant imagine having milkshakes for 2 meals a day will be sustainable for very long. Waste of money in my opinion.

This is why I am convinced cold turkey is the best way. I have nothing to quit now. I could have done patches but I would still be addicted to nicotine now. I can honestly say I will never smoke again. And it feels great.

First 40lbs I lost without doing a single exercise. In fact its only since I have started exercising that my weight is less inclined to go down. And if I stop doing stuff for a few days I lose a ton of weight. I exercise to get fit. I watch what I eat to lose weight.

Olive oil in pan, fry some chopped garlic and some basil till the garlic starts to go golden. Add 1 large onion and stir till soft Add 3 tins of plum tomatoes, use the spoon/spatula to chop them up. Bring to boil and simmer till thickness reuired. Can be used for pasta or pizza topping.

Just the sauce but thats not Calories. Thts Kilojoules About 148 Cals which should also be on there. I dont think I have ever seen anything without KCal on the nutritional info.

I weigh exactly the same as you and I want to run, but we are almost 20 stone, thats too much still to be bouncing up and down on our knees and ankles. I spoke to my doctor about it a couple of days ago and I am gonna lose another 3 stone (42lbs) before I start running. Walking is decent enough for me now.
