  • MFP tells me to eat 1300 cal per day if I want to lose 1 lb per week. MFP says my BMR is 1440. Can this be right? I dont understand how if to lose 1 lb per week I need a calorie deficit of 500 calories that I should be eating 1300 cal if my BMR is 1440.
  • I agree, I can not wrap my head around this. I have lost 28 lbs so far. I started tracking calories and exercising in March. I have not lost any wieght for the last 3 weeks.
