i looked at your diary and you are not eating enough calories , eat more and you wont feel so hungry. Drinking water and eating more veggies fills me up.

Try a boiled egg with a piece of toasted multi grain bread or One piece of toasted multi grain bread with peanut butter and 1/2 banana sliced on it.

hi.. i tried to eating lots veggies/fruit and not processed food as much as possible. I also do not eat the calories it get from working out.. My scales move slowly too but it just make me want to work out more to more to get them to move... I try to workout everyday. Good Luck !

I eat later on the weekend too and i tried to drink more water... if i go out for dinner at a restraurant i try to pre plan by checking the online menu before i go.. I also try to exercise more so i could eat more. good luck!

Hello . I am pear shape and I find by walking briskly it slims down my thighs and butt area over time. I hope this helps with your journey.
