I see a huge difference in your before and after . I think it just your brain taking a while to play catch up.. I personally feel like I cant see a change in myself sometimes and then i put back on the pants I wore when i was heavy and then i see the difference.

I actually finding the running man harder to do then the pushupss.. it hard to keep doing it for long period of timelol

I'm on Day 5 level one. I struggle with the push ups as well but keep trying its getting easier.. and the push are great for your core!! Good luck , you can do it !

I'm 5'5 and I'm 133 lbs - I'd like to get to 125... but I would be happy with 130. But the weight is very slowly coming off.

I make like tuna quesadilla my version is.. I heat up the frying pan spray with pam, put my tortilla wrap down. I spread out tuna ( I like the lemon pepper one ) and them i put layer of spinach and avocado and then I sprinkle with shredded cheese and then i fold over top of the wrap and heat on both side until brown. I roast chickpeas .. take one can of chickpeas drain liquid and mix with some olive oil and seasoning ( I use garlic salt and canjun) spread out on a cookie sheet and put in oven 350.. turn every 15 min for 45 min - 60 min. Delish !!!

Put a beef roast uncooked in a crockpot and pour one jar of spaghetti sauce and one can of mushrroms. Put on low and cook for eight hours. when cook the meat should just fall apart.. cook up some spaghetti and pour meat and sauce over it... so easy and so good.
