My Progress

I'm still working on it, but I've dropped about 20 pounds since Jannuary.

I gained about 20-25 pounds during the end of my marriage and my divorce. In January, I convinced some of my coworkers to do a Biggest Loser-type competition, which will be over in two weeks (and which I'm winning!). Most days, I walk or run in the morning and do workout videos at night. Started with 30DS, then did a few varied ones and now I'm starting Body Revolution. Also watching my calories and eating more natural foods and drinking less, of course.
