I'd advise you go talk to your doctor, a nurse or a dietician and get them to look at your diet and discus it with you. But basically I think you're more likely to get too much of a vitamin from taking a multi. You'd have to eat a LOT of a food to get a toxic level of any vitamin and even then it's not likely at all. I would usually just search something like 'mixed raw vegetables' and guesstimate the amount, leaning towards the fewer calories estimate. Especially cause raw veggies are so good for you and wouldn't have many calories anyway!

Know how you feel... The other day someone actually stopped for me at a round about when I had right of way! I nearly fell off my bike in suprise... :p they usually just pull out in front of me even though I'm already on the round about and make me lose all my speed breaking so I don't crash into them!

Guess it depends on how much your clothes cost to begin with and how long they'll last? If you bought good quality, more expensive clothes that will last ages and you'll wear lots then maybe get them refitted!
