  • I'm joinging in too but i start tommorrow as i have only just read this thread. i don't have many measurements but the man ones only seem to be weight and neck but hey height 5ft 9 weight 172lbs neck 15inches waist 33 inches hips 35-6 inches i breath heavy lol

  • weight watchers lets you save points a bit like rollover minutes as long as it isn't a weeks worth in one night. but technically i suppsoe you can do what you are asking. i take it you are saving for the splurge. i exercise extra on a saturday for my curry night. totally worth it.

  • my doctor told me not to have zyban or champix (i forget what they are called) bcause i used to suffer with anxiety and panic and dr said not to take it anyways feel good so far today lets see how long it lasts lol
