i also hear that your maetabolisim slows when you are sleeping and the body is healing so until you eat anything the next day your metabolisim is running at slow speeds (lower weight loss) im not sure why but thats what i have heard. i think also it is good to do a bit of excersise before you breakfast as that kick starts…
