• I wear a watch that calculates my heart rate and calories burned during Zumba and it comes between 800-900 calories burned per 60 min class. My heart rate stays high though between 120-168

• I own a pair of red Zumba pants that I bought off eBay for about $40. The tassels DO make me want to move more, plus when people see you wearing your legit Zumba gear you don't want to slack off! (:
