Did Day 4 Cardio Recovery this morning with the wife, and I totally underestimated this one. I hard a hard time holding my position and my quads were just jelly after the squat and pulse portion of the program. Since we rested Tuesday and Wednesday, we are gonna push for Day 5 Pure Cardio tonight.

Did Day 3 of Insanity on Monday, and damn are my calves feeling really tight. It sucks that I can keep up with most of the exercises, there are times I feel like my heart is going to explode. Hopefully I can gain strength and endurance as time goes on.

That is an amazing transformation! I am waiting for my Insanity DVDs and I am nervous and excited about doing this. Did you follow their nutritional guide? Or you can pretty much eat what you want, but at smaller portions?
