Great job. You look fantastic. Your hubby looks like he trimmed down a little bit too.

Arabic bread is awesome and lo-cal and pretty inexpensive. Great with trader joes eggplant and garlic spread and stuffed with veggies and a thin slice of muenster cheese.

Wow! You look like a completely different person and ten years younger!

Well, you've made really great progress and you're looking good. Don't give up when the scale doesn't move. I've had so much of that since I started at the beginning of the year, but little by little it comes off and you feel great!

You are an inspiration to me. My height and weight loss goals are similar and my weight loss has been very slow since I started my journey in January. It's nice to see someone who's made it and congratulations on the high school weight! It gives me hope!

You look fantastic! Great job on sticking it out! I have to lose just 40 and that seems impossible so you've got to have the willpower of steel!

I ran in my early twenties, but now I'm in my late 40's. A few years ago I tried to run with no program and just couldn't do it. Recently started C25k and can't believe I'm actually running 30 minutes now. Jumping from 3 to 5 and then 5 -8 minutes was so intimidating so I started stretching out the training with a few…

Your body has changed so much with those 15 pounds! Congratulations! It must be the weight lifting. I've lost 15 since Jan. and I just went down one size.

Fun in a stew with whole wheat macaroni noodles, diced tomatoes, yellow squash, portabella mushrooms and garlic. I also use them in minestrone soup. Great in salad for extra fiber.

Absolutely not correct!

I'm also doing couch to 5 K. I know you don't want extra equipment, but Paul Katami's kettlebell workout is great! I do his core workout on the days I run and the drills on the days I don't. The work outs feature a lot of squats and lunges, which I think are helping me with the running. I also have Bob Harper's Biggest…

Your story is so inspirational! Thank you for sharing. Great work!

HeyJess sounds like your mom definitely has problems and isn't really being a "mom". She's not healthy, so don't let her define who you are. At age 19, you are definitely ready to be on your own, so not having a means to support yourself is a major issue so I recognize that you're pretty stuck. Our family has dealt with…

skinnytaste.com has an awesome recipe that can be done in the crockpot. It is called pollo en potacchio. One of my faves!

Amazing! Now I know I definitely have NO excuses when it comes to the couch to 5 k program. You look way smaller than 170.

I didn't look as old and tired.

I have two kids that I home schooled from age 4. We've had the kids involved in scouts, church, music classes, community based classes, co-op classes with other home schooled kids and have also participated in state funded charter home school. My whole focus was to pursue my kids passions and try to find the most…

I did some research that said 21 calories burned/minute with kettle bells.

I have a bottle of the Egg Nog Costco sells with about 4 different kinds of hard liquor. It was a gift and I haven't even opened it because I started weight watchers at the start of the New Year.
