a new twist on caprese, mini low fat fresh mozzarella balls on skewers, alternate with cherry tomatoes and a piece of fresh basil. Just before heading out, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Really pretty presentation on a platter. Low carb, but has low fat protein and fresh veggies.

Hooray for you! I am so psyched. I woke up with 1200 calories and now after swimming 2x I still have mostly that amount left. Walking will take the place of swimming come the cold weather but this is great. I LOVE the visuals and motivation that you get by logging in.

New as well. Just synched up the on line and to my IPHONE. Exercised today and yesterday, big deal for me to do two days in a row :) I think this app is great. Good luck to us all.
