yes my nephew has been on this for three weeks and lost 18pds already and i am looking to hook up with him and do it my self cause tonight i tryed the taste and it was awesome.

This is true i am at the same point but i wasnt eating enough and i was working out and losing nothing so i told my coach what was going on and she said i was in a starvation mode.
