  • My suggestion is to look in to a Drug tested comp. Look for organizations that require drug testing. you do not want to work really hard and be on stage with a bunch of women who look the way they do because they A take steroids or B are on Hormones ...   • I really like to do my cardio ithe AM on an empty stomach ... I get some BCAA's in and hit the machine for 40 min doing High intervals 3 x a week.   • I would join you as well with this challenge. How do you do it? Just by squatting like say for the 1st day they want you to do 50 reps in a row of squats thats it?

  • Temple It sounds like you are making all the right moves. Just keep with it consistancy is the key. I only use plant fusion because it is very easy on the stomach and I take BLOX BCAA's As far as bikini goes I am not sure. I could never do those posing routines. I do figure. I am better built for that than bikini I think.…
  • I agree completely !!! ! I think that yes it can get catty if you let it. If you do decide to do it its for you so!!! ROCK IT! AND HAVE FUN! My biggest mistake sometimes is taking it to seriously. I know it is serious, but have fun with whatever you do and do your best that is all anyone can ask :)
  • Hi Temple I am Jess. I was looking at your diagram and I just would change a few things that I saw that I wouldn't do if I was prepping for a show. Chest back and shoulders I wouldn't train them al together. Maybe I would do Quads alone, Back with Biceps, Chest with Hamstrings and Shoulders with Triceps.. Just a thought.…
