I am 61 and 80 pounds overweight. Pre diabetic etc. etc. would love to be your friend...Having a much harder time losing weight the older I get. Should have started 15 years ago..We could do it together if you like...Welcome all ages and sizes!!

I amnot limited by back problems but by two knee surgeries and a broken foot in four places. I also am having a problem reaching any goal at a fast pace. You will be fine. Maybe you could elimnate 1 thing from your dinner or eliminate snacks for the day. Exercise or walk and you will be able to add calories. Your only human and 1 banana muffin won't ruin you diet.
