Thank you everyone! I appreciate the input. As for when to use them Minnie, that is really up to you. Some people use them for recovery after exercise. I choose to replace a meal with them.

Technically, my baby is 9 years old but I am still carrying around the weight from her! So yes, trying to lose baby weight. :wink:

I am 5'3 and 122 lbs. I would love to get down to around 115 but it is definitely slow going. However, I am seeing a lot more definition in my body. I think lifting weights is really helping. I am still hoping for a much flatter stomach though.
