Eating less than 1200 calories (if that counts). That was not fun.

Edit: changed my mind, I don't wanna share lol :P

DIG DEEPER! After 3 weeks of insanity is actually when I started to see actual progression. I know it gets pretty repetitive between the 4-5 videos you do every couple days, but the results will be worth it. I lost a lot of inches, became stronger, less flabby, had better endurance, and I fit into my clothes much better…

I still found T25 to be a tough workout even though I've completed Insanity! Shaun T will always get you sweating haha. What others are saying is true -- if it was easy, then you're doing it wrong! Just take it at your own pace, stick with it, and you will improve! Good luck :)

Amazing transformation, you look great!

Good for you for sticking with it! You look GREAT!!

Look up the Stronglifts 5x5 program -- it's a great strength training program for beginners! That's what I started with and I would definitely recommend it. It's easy to follow and there's an app that helps you figure out how much to start with and add each workout. Good luck :)

No problem, happy to help :) I lift heavy 4x a week. I do a body split -- shoulders, back/bicep, chest/tricep, and legs. I do cardio 1-3x a week and either after lifting, or on a separate day (depending on my schedule). Not sure what your current routine is like, but if you're new to heavy lifting I'd recommend checking…

I would definitely recommend some weight lifting if your goal is to tone :) check out my profile pictures and you'll see that the number on the scale plays tricks -- a smaller number does not necessarily mean you will look better. As for how many calories to eat, search the "TDEE method" in the MFP forums. I used to have a…

And you LOOK amazing! Way to go!!!

Since you are a beginner lifter, I would definitely recommend the Stronglifts 5x5 program :) split days are great, but I know all the different plans and rep schemes confused me when I was first starting. Stronglifts provides an easy to follow routine and is well-structured to help you start and get used to lifting. It…

Yes. Rawr!

What an amazing accomplishment! Congratulations!

Maybe go at a different time? One of the reasons I love my morning workouts is not having to wait for equipment!

So far so good! I'd say you're gonna make it :) keep up the excellent work!

You don't necessarily need to exercise every day. That will feel like a burden and probably make you less likely to work out! Exercising a few times a week will help a lot, provided you're also eating the proper amount. I also suggest that you find a workout that you really enjoy! Then you're much more likely to stick with…

Stronglifts 5x5 :D

Hey! I'm 5'3" and was about 127 lbs when I started Stronglifts. I personally started with an empty bar (45 lbs) for all my lifts, and even lower for overhead press, although I didn't know there was a sheet that estimated starting weights lol! I was a complete newbie when I did the program and so I started light to make…

^ This. I've experienced the same thing, but I don't think it's patronizing at all. I think that the majority of guys are just giving advice they feel will be helpful, whether you want that advice or not. Some tips have actually helped improve my lifts so yay to that -- for the less helpful tips, I just smile, thank them,…

Chips are my weakness! I just try not to buy them -- if they're not there, I can't eat them!

Not eating breakfast will not affect weight loss. Meal timing doesn't matter, and it's just personal preference.

Amazing! You are well on your way to goal! Don't give up :D
