I do the same. I log the walking time and jogging time seperate. Which is easier to do when you are past week 5.

I think you are doing great! Its education. Teaching them to make good healthy food choices and having treats in moderation. My son, age 6, told me the other day I should eat a banana because it is healthy and didn't have too many calories in it. I thought the same thing, oh no, now he will be worrying about calories! But…

You can definately do this! I have an andriod phone and I use the RunDouble app. It is free for the first two weeks and then $1.60 one time fee. I love it. You can also add your own playlist. I am just under 200 and have so much more energy than I did before I started C25K. You got this!

When I finish the program I am going to start the 5k Time IMprover program that is on my smart phone. I am doing the intervals with the "Run Double" app. This app also has the 5k Time Improver with it. If you have one check it out! The first two weeks are free then it is a $1.60 one time fee.

Super excited! I ran w5d3 this morning! I am not a morning runner... but I want to be! And I got my butt out of bed at 5am. My husband made plans for us tonight on my run day! How dare he! LOL! Good job with getting to two minutes! It is amazing how hard those 2 minutes or 60 seconds can be starting out! I feel like sometimes my walking intervals have to be faster than my jogging! I run out side so I can not really gage my speed... I just know that speed will come later and getting through the runs is what…
