Vegetarians don't eat flesh of an animal Vegans don't eat or use any animal bi-product that's what i thought My partner is vegetarian. Yes there are some cheeses with the likes of Rennet which vegetarians can't eat.

i reckon it's realistic. If managed properly anything is possible. Try and do as much exercise as possible but also don't forget to have rest days.

Can i just say you are all doing great and you can get there. Today is day 269 since my last one. Can't picture myself with a smoke in my mouth ever again. After smoking for 2/3 of my life. Never been happier to not smoke
