I have a total of 86 lbs to lose. Im at a plateau right now so I'm feeling frustrated. But I have to keep moving because giving up is not an option..

I'm 5'4 ashamed of my current weight so I won't list it :) .My goal weight right now is to get 160 but my overall goal is to get to 130lbs..If I can drop more that would be great but I would only like to get to maybe 125 lbs .Hard to do but I'm trying to get their..

Thank you all so very much. I ended up going and joining a gym today as well. So excited about that and my friend is also a member of the gym so she and I can workout together now and I can take my kids as well if I cant find a sitter. Ready to see if I can accomplish my goal of losing 10 lbs before the month is over..…
