Personally I took to it fairly quickly, I really enjoy olympic lifting. However the coaches said that it usually takes much longer to get the form correct . i'd stick it out the full benifets of the rep effect don't start to take place until further in the program, i really like the program so far but i did switch out the walking for something more intense.

fill ur washer with detergant and 1 cup of vinager let them sit over night then wash in the morning i do an extra rinse air dry, they should be fine after that.

i use insanity to supplement my skating( roller derby) after about two weeks one of the coaches pulled me aside and told me i was looking like a different skater and was much inproved. i'm not a vegetarian but only eat meat a handle full of times (5-6 meals a day and maybe one will have meat) any way i make quinoa with beans and veggies, it is sooo good and high in protein. you could even dice up some tofu or edamame and toss it in there

i make a huge quinoa salad with veggies, beans, and some times alittle feta i eat this for lunch through out the week, i'm also big into refrigerator oatmeal at the moment. both are very cheap to make. I'm not a fan of the gym either, i find that i work harder when theres no one else around, i'm a big fan of alot of the beachbody dvd sets, like p90x or insanity. I also skate in a roller derby league so i skate quite a bit which is my cardio.
