FYI .. this calculates to 288 calories, 22g protein, 32g of carbs and 10g of fat .... Nice!!

You may be going over your daily protein limits, but what are your limits? Thanks for the info. My hubby is in a similiar situation. He is disabled needs to loose weight to get a knee replacement but he can't do exercise to loose weight. There is only so much you can loose by just dieting. You need to exercise too and the bad knee prevents him from doing so. And, if someone knows of any exercises…
