Welcome back, Just returned my self, was here four years ago and lost an amazing amount of weight, nearly 70lbs in total. the last couple of years has seen a number of medical issues leading to a lack of exercise and a weight gain of almost 30 lbs. Now beginning again with the help of oxygen.

:smile: That may have been true at one time but due to continued Governmental tinkering the FDA has no teeth now. My experience is that both Oregon and Californian organic labels are hard to come by due to the standards demanded by both States. The Federal Governments oversight of food in America is probably at it's lowest…
