I make a lot of homemade veggie soups, with sweet potato biscuits hummus and rice crackers hemp protein smoothies quinoa with cinnamon and maple syrup. I find to eat clean, its mostly plain for me..... good luck :)

Absolutely, I think most of us do! I make myself find one 'sexy beast' part of myself on those days. Have been working for the last 3 years on deleted negative self-talk. Its much nicer :)

I use Vega, Its a whole food, plant based protein supplement. Gluten free, sugar free, soy free, dairy free and 63% organic. They have chocolate :)
