Tried it, worked really well... 17 pounds lost in one month. However as soon as I started slowly reintroducing carbs I gained it all back plus some more. I wouldn't do it again...

At 15-20 pounds I started getting a lot of compliments... gained 5 pounds back and the compliments stopped though. Guess it's time to lose more weight. :)

I wish boarderstu, I have been losing some weight but as of late even though the scale isn't moving I feel chunkier. :( I googled random tdee calculators and they're all kind of giving me different numbers, but I guess the average is 1530 calories a day for maintenance level. Soft tacos... where I get them they're packed and come with two tortillas so I usually make one into two. If I'm having a fat day or something I'll just eat the meat only. Pollo asado is also pretty good and not too heavy! :)

Very bad eating habits. Eating half a large pizza all by myself, plus endless snacking on sherbert and cupcakes. I just craved so much food after taking medicine for my anxiety, I'm not sure if that's to blame or not. :/
