This! I've been running the same trail for a week now... at the halfway point I feel like dying and take a breather... today I kept going and I surprised myself at how much endurance I have. This has happened many times. I guess I just have to keep pushing myself beyond what I think is my max.

I'm 5'5", 150 pounds, 25 years old. I currently do 45 minutes to an hour on the treadmill and sometimes elliptical at the gym... at home I try to join in the 30 day shred, with one to two rest days. Trying to hike once in a while too.

Well I would neeever have breakfast. At lunch usually just a 6" turkey breast sandwhich from Subway, but at dinner I'd go crazy. For dinner also some kind of fast food. 30 minutes a day on the ellilptical, and an hour on the weekends of elliptical and running. I usually have one day off, decided at random :p

I'm 24, 5'4", I weigh 160 lbs and wear size 12 pants... but they're quite lose on me now. I haven't taken my measurements. :( GW = 140 lbs.

I try to keep my macros 40% protein/40% carbs/20% fat, but that rarely happens. I still check them though to see where I'm at... if I ate too much carbs I'll eat more protein, etc.

I feel you... I'm completely addicted to chocolate! If I have a craving I'll just eat dark chocolate or the hunt's snack pack sugar free chocolate pudding. It's still deliciously chocolatey but it doesn't have any sugar and is only 80 calories!

Ahh... I see. Yeah, I figured the only way to build muscle was to put some strain on it til it rebuilds and for that I'd need weights or something. Oh wells. Wishful thinking I guess. :)
